Greater Helena Gives

I am so excited that I get to introduce our organization, Montana Yoga Movement!  in 2019, we started a grassroots effort to bring yoga and mindfulness to at-risk communities across Montana, think low income senior centers, addiction centers, LGBTQIA+ communities, Native American centers… you get the idea, right?  Unfortunately, we got started less than a year before COVID-19 hit and have been on hold until now. We need your help to get us back up and running again!  We have teachers ready and waiting to start helping heal our community!

We are participating in Greater Helena Gives on May 6 and 7.  This is an opportunity you, Helena, to support our non-profits.  There are so many wonderful organizations out there.  I hope you can join us in supporting those in need.  This year more than ever, our nonprofits need help getting back on their feet.

I hope you will consider joining us on May 6 and 7, as we pitch in to help our communities start to thrive again.

Much love,
Robyn, Angie, Terri, Karen and Alex
